Our vision is to provide a learning experience for each student that makes a holistic impact in a personal way. We aim to achieve holistic impact with every student through providing creative and intentional curriculums that cultivate true traditional learning as well as character building & social emotional learning. We also strive to implement intentional experiences such as field trips, life coaching, and personal progress plans for every student. We want to see every student arise and consistently grow into their potential as learners, leaders and humans. We believe our curriculum lay out and strategy that stems from over 15 plus years of youth development & childhood education, truly will position and empower young learners for greatness & excellence.

Meaningful friendships
With the Microschool being small group class (1:10 max class ratio), each student is able to develop real meaningful friendships with one another. Being a good friend and all around positive person is something we cultivate and instill in all of our students.
Impactful mentoring
Every Leader in our program is not just an instructor but a mentor. We are big on not only helping our students in school but in life period. We want to see every student that attends our learning center become successful leaders that leave a mark on the world.

Every student that is apart of our Micro school will be valued, celebrated and empowered in a real personal way. Our focus is always getting to know our students and help them feel like apart of a family that loves them and believes in them.

Our founders, instructors and consultants all believe firmly in creating and sustaining a positive atmosphere within the classroom and all around school setting. This looks like, always building students up, giving students encouraging affirmations, celebrating students progress and even believing the best in our learners when they are struggling.

We don't see our students as just students, we see them as family. From our collective 25+ years of leading programs, teams and centers; the individuals on our core team has always created environments that made students & parents feel like family.
a faith culture
Through our daily morning prayer time and our weekly chapel time, we focus on empowering students to believe that God is with them right now, helping them to learn, excel and be great. Our prayer & goal is that all of our students grow in having a personal relationship with God & deeply believing he called them for a significant purpose.
